Qualcomm, Microsoft Partner on Windows on ARM Developer Program: MWC - plus my selection of links for the day

So, it's time for another look at the best of the web. We'll be talking about Microsoft, Google and RadiumOne.

So, let's see who's been talking about Microsoft? It was www.eweek.com with their post entitled Qualcomm, Microsoft Partner on Windows on ARM Developer Program: MWC.

What did they point out about Microsoft? Well...:
