Facebook and Twitter flooded by The Diva of all Divas Scams - with links of the day

So, it's time for yet another glace through the best of the web. I've found some interesting links on Twitter, Microsoft and Parallels, Inc.

So, let's see who's been talking about Twitter? It was technorati.com who wrote an article called Facebook and Twitter flooded by Whitney Houston Scams.

What did they point out about Twitter? Well...:
Just recently, once again, Facebook and Twitter were flooded once more with countless scams regarding the death of award-winning recording artist Whitney Houston
and went on to say
A familiar event rapidly occured just moments after the deaths of Michael Jackson, Osama bin Laden, Moammar Ghadhafi, and Amy Winehouse. This same even also happened with natural disasters such as the earthquake and tsunami in Japan and other worldwide crises and disasters in the past and the present.

Next it's a site that's been writing about Microsoft - Cisco Challenges Microsoft's Skype Acquisition In EU Court.

They said:
Concerned that Microsoft's acquisition of Skype could leave other video communications services out in the cold, Cisco is planning to challenge the deal through the European Union's highest court
... OK ...
Although the European Commission already approved the acquisition last year, Cisco wants to ensure that calls made through other video services, such as their own video conferencing service, WebEx, will not be impeded

Last but not least it's Cloud Services Adoption Rises for Small Businesses: Parallels Report from www.eweek.com, focussing on Parallels. They had some interesting points to make, particularly
Parallels, a hosting and cloud services enablement provider, released the latest updates of Parallels SMB Cloud Insights, its series of research that profiles the cloud buying behavior of small to medium-size businesses (SMBs), the fastest growing segment for cloud services
and
The survey results continues to confirm why Parallels and service providers should remain laser-beam focused on meeting the demand for SMB cloud services, as most SMBs plan to double their purchase of cloud applications over the next three years
