Push Comes To Shove: Apple Inc. Appealing Another iCloud, MobileMe Push Email Ruling To Motorola In Germany

It's the perfect time for another links roundup. I've dug up stuff on Apple Inc. Google and Facebook.

To kick it off, who's been talking about Apple? It was techcrunch.com who wrote an article called Push Comes To Shove: Apple Appealing Another iCloud, MobileMe Push Email Ruling To Motorola In Germany.

What did they point out about Apple? Well...:
Another development in the ongoing fight between Apple and Motorola Mobility over patent infringements in Germany: a court has decided against Apple Inc. in a case involving its push email service on iCloud and MobileMe services in the country
and went on to say
This is effectively an extension of the same ruling that was originally handed down in February against Apple International, a case that Apple is appealing

Google
Google: also known as The Big G

.

Next it's a site that's been talking about Google - adCenter to Add Broad Match Modifier.

They said:
People are beginning to be given the heads up on the imminent release for the U.S. market of another feature that brings adCenter even closer to Google AdWords parity: Broad Match Modifier
... sounds interesting ...
As they promised they would, the adCenter product team continues to deliver important improvements at an impressive pace.

Last but not least it's Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg Leaves Work at 5:30. Should You? from healthland.time.com, focussing on Facebook. The wrote good quality stuff, particularly
The wraparound workday culture is another issue entirely, but it's hard to believe Sandberg leaves Facebook behind at 5:30
and
Sandberg doesn't address whether she has stopped sending those late-night and early-morning emails; it's not clear if she simply no longer feels the need to prove a point or if she really ends her workday before dinnertime.
