The Big G Launching Futuristic HUD Glasses Later This Year

So, it's time for the next links roundup. We'll be talking about Google, Apple Inc. and Twitter.

To kick it off, let's see who's been discussing Google? It was www.searchenginejournal.com who wrote an article called Google Launching Futuristic HUD Glasses Later This Year.

Google
Google: also known as The Big G

.

What did they point out about Google? They said:
According to a recent New York Times article, Google is planning to launch technologically advanced glasses with a heads-up display later this year
and went on to say
The futuristic glasses, which will appear similar to Oakley Thumps sunglasses, will continually stream real-time information to the lenses using a 3G/4G connection

Next up it's a site that's been writing about Apple - Apple's Foxconn Operations Exposed in ABC Report [VIDEO].

They said:
In case you missed last night's report on ABC's Nightline, the video above provides a rare glimpse into Foxconn plants in Shenzhen and Chengdu, China, that create various Apple products, including the iPad
... interesting ...
As Nightline anchor Bill Weir told Mashable on Tuesday, the full 17-minute report (the above is a teaser from Good Morning America) is short on outright horror stories, but outlines the soul-crushing nature of the work. Apple invited ABC News to the plant following multiple reports about suicides and horrific conditions at the plants. Consumer and labor advocacy groups have also called on Apple to improve factory conditions. Despite Apple's secretive nature, Weir was promised unfettered access and is satisfied that what he saw was not contrived.

Last but not least it's Twitter Will Reach 500 Million Users In T-Minus 5 Hours from www.webpronews.com, focussing on Twitter. Great things from them, particularly
In a little less than 6 hours, Twitter will officially have 500 million registered users
and
This estimate is only slightly off from the projections made last month; on January 13, Twopcharts calculated that Twitter would hit the watermark on Valentine's Day. Being only eight days off still doesn't really change anything in this arbitrary speculation: Twitter is going to amass 500 million users. And that's a lot
