Capitol Records Denied Injunction In Cloud Case

So, it's time for a look at most interesting links of the day. I've found some interesting links on Capitol Records, Microsoft and Zynga.

To kick it off, let's see who's been writing about Capitol Records? It was www.webpronews.com with their blog post entitled Capitol Records Denied Injunction In Cloud Case.

What did they say about Capitol Records? They said:
Capitol Records (EMI) was denied a motion request for a preliminary injunction in the U.S. District Court in New York on February 8
and went on to say
ReDigi, an online marketplace for pre-owned digital music and revolutionary cloud service technology that verifies the legitimacy of a digital music file before it can be uploaded for storage, won a major victory in a court hearing when Capitol Records was denied a request for a preliminary injunction in an attempt to shut down ReDigi.

Next we have a site that's been writing about Microsoft - Cisco Objects to Microsoft's Skype Deal Before European Commission.

They said:
Cisco Systems will appealthe European Commissions approval of Microsofts Skype acquisition, potentially kicking off a messy legal battle between tech behemoths
... OK ...
We respect the European Commission, and value Microsoft asa customer, supplier, partner, and competitor, Marthin De Beer, senior vicepresident of Ciscos Video and Collaboration Group, wrote in a Feb. 15 postingon the companys corporateblog. Cisco does not oppose the merger, but believes the EuropeanCommission should have placed conditions that would ensure greaterstandards-based interoperability, to avoid any one company from being able toseek to control the future of video communications.

and
